Model SG 910BR-1 brass single regulator mounting station with wall mounting bracket allows the user to change-out gas cylinders without the need to disconnect and depressurize the regulator and any tubing/piping downstream. This reduces the chance of the regulator being damaged and kinking or damaging the downstream tubing/piping connections that could result in leaks. It also allows the entire system to remain pressurized while making it easy and time efficient to disconnect and replace cylinders. Included with the single regulator mounting station is a wall bracket with gas specific CGA connections to mount the regulator and a 36” flexible all stainless steel pigtail (other lengths are available) with a check valve at the cylinder end to allow easy cylinder change-out. It has a maximum inlet pressure of 3000 psig. A variety of outlet regulators are available for ordering based on delivery pressure and material requirements. The mounting station can be ordered with an outlet regulator or separately.
