Oil-free synthetic formula maintains integrity under high pressures for better and longer lasting lubrication and cooling without smoking. For use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Cools the tool and cutting surface and minimizes heat distortion. Reduces abrasive wear prolonging tool life and yielding quality fi nishes. Will not gum or clog coolant lines. Nitrate-free formula prevents freezing of chucks and collets. Water dilution ratios and applications: Heavy Duty: 1:10 for broaching, tapping, threading, and gear shaving; Medium Duty: 1:20 for cutting, drilling, reaming, milling, boring, turning, planning, shaping and sawing; Light Duty: 1:30 for form and surface grinding
